		<description>Expenses were reported, but it is not clear from the statement what the money was spent on. Unions can pretend that those expenses were all administrative and operational costs. We need to see who received the money. What would be nice to know is how much of that money was spent on brass knuckles, knives, guns, duct tape, and billy clubs.</description>
